Lectures in Memoriam of Krateros Ioannou

The Lectures are events hosted by the Institute, in the form of half-day or longer conferences on international law and relations subject matters. Key speakers are university professors and professional experts.

The events of this series are held annually are, of course, dedicated to professor Krateros Ioannou’s memory.

Professor Ioannou was an outstanding scholar whose high academic quality of teaching and research has firmly placed the School of Law in Komotini at a level of excellence and nationwide repute of international law teaching and research in Greece.
He has inspired a lot of his students to choose international law as their field of academic specialization.
